Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations of the Revenue Cycle Departments, the full-time Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management will manage insurance balance collections, appeal denied claims, and resolve accounts receivable issues for clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolution to client inquiries while preparing necessary reports
• Act as a technical expert on financial class responsibilities and maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Analyze payment trends and procedural problems, providing recommendations for corrections to clients

Required qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in an acute care setting or revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of complex reimbursement structures and regulatory provisions
• Knowledge of insurance company reimbursement practices and collection activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at all organizational levels
