Job Summary
As the first video hire in a fully remote environment, the full-time Senior Video Producer will manage the intake, production, and delivery of video content tailored for a technical audience, focusing on editorial and motion design while collaborating with a small team.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the entire video production process from intake to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Cut and produce all videos personally, maintaining high standards for storytelling and technical execution
- Build and manage a library of video templates and formats to streamline production for various assets
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience producing video content for a technical or developer audience, with a clear understanding of audience expectations
- Ability to edit video content independently, including sound and captions, within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with AI-driven video production workflows and tools for automation
- Proficiency in motion graphics using After Effects or similar software, making deliberate design choices
- Experience managing a video program from concept to execution, making final creative decisions
