Job Summary
Providing innovative technical solutions, the full-time Senior Virtualization Engineer will design, implement, and support Managed Services for clients, ensuring operational excellence and 24/7 availability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver design, implementation, and technical support services tailored to client business needs
- Conduct thorough analysis and planning for infrastructure improvements and problem resolution
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer engagements and internal projects, ensuring effective communication and project execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in large-scale, multi-tenant Data Center environments, including VMware and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Proficient in scripting tools such as Microsoft PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI for automation tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong documentation skills and experience in creating technical documents and proposals
