Senior Visual Designer
Job Summary
Creating high-fidelity digital banking interfaces, the full-time Senior Visual Designer will deliver consistent and accessible UI designs for both mobile and web platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that cover complete user journeys and responsive experiences
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements and apply enterprise design-system components consistently
- Collaborate with UX, research, and engineering teams while mentoring junior and mid-level designers
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of UI/Visual Design experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise or financial services
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, responsive digital experiences
- Advanced skills in Figma, including shared libraries and components
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and creating developer-ready design specifications
- Degree or diploma in Design or a related field is preferred
