Job Summary
To lead in-store strategy and enhance brand experiences, the contract Senior Visual Merchandiser Consultant will manage the design and execution of visual merchandising assets remotely, focusing on beauty or skincare brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of visual merchandising assets across retail channels
- Own and optimize planogram strategy for brand consistency and visual impact
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align merchandising plans with promotional activities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of visual merchandising experience
- Extensive experience with beauty or skincare brands
- Preferred experience with ULTA Beauty and its fixture systems
- Proven track record in managing retail merchandising rollouts in national beauty retailers
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, SketchUp, and planogramming tools
