Job Summary
Owning the vulnerability management technology, the remote Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer will troubleshoot scanning and visibility gaps, integrate security platforms, and drive vulnerabilities from discovery through remediation and verification in a hands-on engineering role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise vulnerability management platforms, including scanning, policies, and integrations
- Conduct credentialed and unauthenticated vulnerability scanning across various environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, or related fields
- Strong experience with enterprise vulnerability management platforms and scanning technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and enterprise infrastructure security
- Experience with APIs and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with hybrid/multi-platform environments and integration with enterprise security systems
