Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Web Designer, the full-time remote position will focus on designing across the Mars Men brand ecosystem, including websites, campaigns, and digital marketing, while collaborating with various teams to elevate the brand's visual identity.

Key responsibilities:

• Design across the full brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, and campaigns
• Translate brand strategy into polished visual work and help evolve the visual identity
• Manage multiple projects while balancing brand storytelling with commercial objectives

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong visual taste and range across various design mediums
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
• Experience designing websites and digital experiences with a focus on UX and eCommerce
• Proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
