Senior Web Developer
Job Summary
To support mission-critical geospatial workflows, the full-time Senior Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web-based mapping applications using modern JavaScript and the ArcGIS JavaScript API, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end geospatial web applications using Vanilla JavaScript architecture
- Implement and customize mapping functionality with the ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.x
- Collaborate with back-end developers and GIS specialists to integrate spatial data and services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience
- Demonstrable experience with clean, modular JavaScript and developing applications in Vanilla JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with geospatial applications using ArcGIS JS API 4.x
- Working knowledge of SQL Server ETL workflows
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
