Job Summary
Owning the technical development and infrastructure of OnPay's marketing website, the full-time Senior Web Developer will manage WordPress development, integrations, and site performance while collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and drive growth, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and maintenance of the marketing website, including landing pages and interactive tools in WordPress
- Launch campaigns and web requests efficiently while maintaining strong delivery velocity and prioritizing tasks
- Implement and manage A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring proper tracking and analysis of results
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of web development experience, preferably managing a marketing website in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS or SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with experience in a modern JavaScript framework like React
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including custom themes and plugins, and familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Knowledge of website performance, security, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices
