Job Summary
Leading the development and maintenance of web properties, the full-time Senior Web Development Manager will manage the integration of legacy platforms into modern frameworks while building and overseeing AI-driven systems for web development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own development and maintenance across web properties, including modern frameworks and legacy platforms
- Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy to modern frameworks without losing SEO equity
- Build and manage AI-driven development systems and workflows for site maintenance and publishing
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks: Next.js, Astro, React, and modern JS/TS
- Real experience migrating legacy sites (e.g., WordPress) to modern frameworks
- Experience consolidating multiple web properties into one, ensuring SEO-safe migration
- Track record of building AI-driven systems for web development and publishing
- Familiarity with CRO and multivariate/A-B testing tools, including audience-based targeting
