Senior Web Engineer
Job Summary
Leading web-facing projects for the Post Purchase Experience team, the full-time Senior Web Engineer will manage critical post-purchase journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive feature delivery in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a core contributor and owner across web properties, including order status and delivery tracking interfaces
- Take full ownership of web projects from product design to rollout and post-launch retrospectives
- Define clean JSON contracts and API endpoints while establishing custom metrics and dashboards in partnership with the Product team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern web applications (React, Next.js, TypeScript, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of complex features from design to post-launch telemetry
- Hands-on experience with feature management platforms for controlled rollouts and A/B testing
- Experience setting up production observability and handling on-call rotations for production incidents
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort leading discussions across various teams
