Job Summary
To maintain highly available and secure environments, the full-time remote Senior WebSphere Middleware Administrator will manage the administration, configuration, and operational support of IBM WebSphere platforms while focusing on automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, and WebSphere Portal environments
- Perform security remediation, vulnerability management, and compliance validation activities
- Design and develop automation solutions for WebSphere administration and operational support using various scripting languages
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of middleware administration experience, primarily with enterprise WebSphere environments
- Experience in security remediation, vulnerability management, and audit compliance
- Demonstrated experience developing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
