Job Summary
To ensure the operational efficiency and security of enterprise IBM WebSphere platforms, the full-time Senior WebSphere Administrator will manage administration, configuration, maintenance, and compliance of middleware services while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, and WebSphere Portal environments
- Perform security remediation, vulnerability management, and compliance validation activities
- Design and maintain automation solutions for WebSphere administration and operational support using various scripting languages
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of middleware administration experience, focusing on enterprise WebSphere environments
- Experience in security remediation and audit compliance
- Demonstrated ability to develop automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
