Job Summary
Providing ongoing Systems Administration support, the full-time Senior Windows Administrator will manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Systems Administration support and technical guidance across multiple organizations
- Engage with clients to gather specifications and align operational recommendations with business needs
- Remediate daily incident tickets and maintain software performance through testing and configuration
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong expertise in Windows systems administration
- Experience with Microsoft Server, including clustering
- Experience with VMware
- Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and high-availability (HA) principles in cloud environments
