Senior Windows Server Engineer
Job Summary
To support large enterprise Cloud and Hybrid Cloud initiatives, the full-time Senior Windows Server Engineer will manage infrastructure modernization, migration, and virtualization projects while collaborating with architects and project teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, migrate, and perform in-place upgrades of Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2022, and 2025)
- Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware-based infrastructure solutions
- Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, or similar technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Windows Server administration experience in enterprise environments
- 7+ years of hands-on VMware virtualization experience (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter)
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, and/or Python scripting for automation
- Strong technical documentation skills (architecture diagrams, runbooks, knowledge articles)
