Senior Wireline Estimator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Wireline Estimator, the full-time remote position will lead the estimating process for telecommunications OSP projects, developing comprehensive estimates and maintaining cost databases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains unit prices for wireline and OSP utility construction projects, ensuring consistency across pricing formats
• Leads the setup and ongoing maintenance of the estimating software and cost database, establishing standards and workflows for accuracy
• Partners with Business Development and Operations to align estimates with bid strategies and customer requirements while managing multiple bids under tight deadlines

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating OSP utility construction projects within the telecommunications industry, with a preference for wireline estimating
• Demonstrated experience in building unit prices and pricing both discrete bids and MSA rate cards
• Experience implementing or administering estimating software and developing structured cost libraries
• Valid Driver License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
