Senior Workday Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance the HR Technology team, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will manage the configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting while supporting integrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday functionality across multiple HCM areas, focusing on Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS, Workday Analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits and Compensation
- Experience supporting Workday integrations using technologies such as EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes, and core HR functionality
