Senior Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary

Taking ownership of Workday integrations, the full-time Senior Workday Integration Developer will manage the transition from external partners, troubleshoot production issues, and develop new capabilities while supporting AI initiatives in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition of Workday integrations from implementation partners to internal ownership, including knowledge transfer and establishing support procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the reliability of payroll-impacting feeds and maintaining integration documentation
• Support the development and maintenance of AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience developing and supporting system integrations, including at least three years with Workday integrations
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and token-based authentication
• Proficiency in XML/XSLT and at least one general-purpose programming language
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation platforms to business problems
