Job Summary
Serving as a strategic relationship manager, the full-time Senior Workday Product Manager will oversee the Workday ecosystem across Finance, Human Resources, and Professional Services Operations, partnering with various stakeholders to enhance business outcomes through automation, analytics, and process transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that integrate business needs with Workday investments and platform strategy
- Lead governance forums and stakeholder councils to align business leaders on platform priorities and investment decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business transformation, or product management
- 3+ years of direct experience with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday business processes and functional capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and strategic trade-offs across initiatives
