Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex workers compensation claims in PA and NJ, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Interact extensively with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claims process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
