Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims in Arizona and Colorado, utilizing their extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
