Job Summary

Managing complex indemnity and lost time workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster - CT, NH, RI, VT will analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active licenses and/or certifications in CT, NH, RI, and VT
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
