Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster - DE will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active adjuster's license in Delaware and appropriate certifications for handling claims in PA and NJ
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
