Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster - DE will analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
- Interact extensively with claimants and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcomes of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
