Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a primary liaison for clients, the full-time remote Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist will manage client relationships, support operational performance, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while implementing program enhancements and resolving service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients as the primary operational contact
• Monitor operational performance metrics and address service-level commitments and issues
• Prepare and present operational reports and business insights to stakeholders while identifying process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
