Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
To support the School of Medicine's workforce strategies, the full-time Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst will develop and maintain complex business intelligence solutions, lead workforce reporting initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise in analytics and data governance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Lead end-to-end workforce reporting and business intelligence initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation
- Educate and train stakeholders on workforce analytics tools and promote data literacy across the organization
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science is preferred
- Strong knowledge of workforce or HR data and reporting practices
- Expertise in Tableau with experience designing complex, interactive dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM or Workday is preferred
