Job Summary
Leading the strategy and implementation of Workforce Management solutions, the contract Senior Workforce Management Product Lead will manage global deployments of Workforce Software, Time & Attendance, and integrations with systems like Workday and payroll, all while working remotely for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global Workforce Management implementations and deployments
- Manage WFS projects, including Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration
- Gather requirements and design effective Workforce Management processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workforce Management experience
- Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementation
- Strong Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration knowledge
- Experience with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, and payroll integrations
- Global payroll and labor compliance experience
