Senior Workforce Management Planner

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the remote Senior Workforce Management Capacity Planner will develop workforce forecasts, analyze capacity versus demand, and provide data-driven recommendations for staffing and capacity strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term workforce forecasts based on historical data and business drivers
• Translate forecasted demand into staffing requirements, considering factors like attrition and productivity
• Build scenario models to evaluate changes in operational parameters and provide actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or related analytics roles
• Demonstrated experience in managing forecasting and capacity planning workstreams independently
• Strong working knowledge of Verint forecasting capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI preferred; NICE experience is beneficial
