Job Summary
To support a growing talent management agency, the full-time Senior Zoho Developer will design, develop, and optimize solutions within the Zoho ecosystem while working remotely and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting
- Architect and deliver complex technical solutions, managing the process from requirements gathering to deployment
- Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms using APIs and other integration technologies
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years in Zoho development
- Advanced expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and workflow automation
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Zoho solutions in production environments
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real development workflows
