SEO/AEO Manager
Job Summary
Owning the SEO program end to end, the full-time remote SEO/AEO Manager will manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy while driving organic visibility and performance metrics across various search platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO execution, including site architecture and structured data, in partnership with the Content & Web team
- Build and evolve Boulevard's AEO strategy to enhance inclusion in AI answer engines and optimize content formatting
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, making proactive recommendations to improve organic traffic and visibility
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with accountability for organic traffic and pipeline metrics
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including structured data/schema markup and Core Web Vitals
- Experience building AEO strategies and tracking performance from AI answer engines
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose visibility drops and identify search opportunities
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Content, Web/Engineering, and Marketing teams
