SEO and AI Optimization Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for SEO and AI search optimization, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Optimization Manager will develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance discoverability across traditional search and AI platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Hard Rock's strategy for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Develop actionable recommendations based on emerging guest search behaviors and intents, collaborating with various teams to implement improvements
• Own the metrics and reporting framework for organic and AI-driven discovery, focusing on traffic, conversion, and revenue performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, search strategy, or digital marketing with senior-level strategic experience
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and search analytics, including experience with AEO and GEO
• Strong understanding of how search engines and AI platforms discover and recommend information
• Proven ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams
• Experience in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital ecosystems is a plus
