Owning the search strategy for Pet Honesty, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Leader will manage organic SEO and AI-powered search optimization across various channels, ensuring the brand is effectively discovered and recommended by pet parents.
Key responsibilities
- Build and oversee the company-wide search strategy, focusing on organic SEO and AEO/GEO for DTC, marketplace, and retail channels
- Conduct regular audits to establish baselines and create a prioritized roadmap for SEO and AEO improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance structured data, crawlability, and overall digital presence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical and organic SEO, with recent focus on AEO and GEO
- Hands-on experience improving visibility across AI-powered search platforms
- Technical fluency with structured data, schema/JSON-LD, and site architecture
- Experience with SEO and AEO audits and turning findings into actionable roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect search performance to ecommerce revenue
