SEO and AI Search Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the SEO and AI Search Specialist will manage organic search strategies, execute SEO and AEO improvements, and stay current on AI search developments while collaborating with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend priorities and opportunities for organic and AI search programs, presenting clear evidence-based recommendations
• Conduct industry research on AI search and evaluate emerging AEO practices through hands-on testing
• Optimize bottom-of-funnel service pages, including title structures, internal linking, and schema implementation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on organic search experience, particularly with commercial and conversion-focused pages
• Experience using AI platforms like ChatGPT for research, analysis, and content development
• Proficiency in conducting website crawls and analyzing indexation issues with tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to defend recommendations and adapt strategies based on evidence
• Experience developing SEO-focused content briefs that align with editorial standards
