Job Summary
To enhance the visibility and reach of content, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Specialist will manage organic search performance, conduct keyword and content research, and collaborate with editorial teams to optimize content for both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities to increase traffic, rankings, and engagement
- Conduct keyword, topic, and content gap research to inform editorial strategy and planning
- Develop and execute SEO and AEO tests, providing actionable recommendations to improve content discoverability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with knowledge of AEO and AI-powered search
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and content SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
- Familiarity with generative AI and AI-powered discovery platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical partners
