Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SEO and AEO strategies, translating performance data into actionable plans for analysts
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring their professional growth and the quality of deliverables
- Monitor AI search visibility performance and provide concrete recommendations for clients based on evolving trends
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of direct SEO experience
- 2+ years prior agency experience
- Demonstrated national B2B SEO experience
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise, including crawlability and site architecture
- Proven track record of directing content strategy across multiple clients
