SEO and PPC Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading search channel strategies, the full-time remote SEO and PPC Marketing Manager will manage SEO, PPC, Generative Engine Optimization, and AI Optimization for funeral home and death care brands across the US and Canada while overseeing a team and ensuring performance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy, execution, and results for SEO, PPC, GEO, and AIO across all client accounts
• Manage paid search budgets and optimize performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives, including audits and content strategy

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of people management experience in search or performance marketing
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO and PPC with proven growth results
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries, including the US and Canada
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
• Strong analytics skills, including experience with dashboard creation and data integration
