SEO and Website Optimization Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the contracted to full-time SEO and Website Optimization Specialist will manage the technical health, optimization, and analytics of the company's website, ensuring it is effectively found and converts visitors into leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical SEO and GEO aspects of the website, including crawlability, indexation, and page speed
- Continuously improve website performance and conversion paths through experiments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to connect organic behavior to leads and revenue, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with measurable results
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
