SEO and Website Optimization Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the performance of the website end-to-end, the contracted to full-time SEO and Website Optimization Specialist will manage technical SEO, optimize for AI search, and enhance site conversion rates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the technical health of the website, including crawlability, indexation, and page speed
- Continuously improve user experience and key conversion paths through experimentation and optimization
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to connect organic behavior to leads and revenue
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with measurable results
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team of developers, designers, and marketers
