SEO and Website Optimization Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the performance of the website, the remote SEO and Website Optimization Specialist will manage technical SEO, website optimization, and analytics to enhance visibility, user experience, and conversion rates while working in a contracted to full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the technical health of the website, focusing on crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
- Continuously improve website performance and conversion paths through A/B testing and user experience enhancements
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to connect organic traffic and on-site behavior to leads and revenue
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with proven results
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
