Job Summary
Owning the performance of the website end-to-end, the full-time remote SEO and Website Optimization Specialist will manage technical SEO, optimize for AI search, and enhance website conversion through analytics-driven strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the technical health of the website, focusing on crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
- Continuously improve page performance and user experience while planning and executing A/B tests to boost conversions
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to connect organic behavior with leads and revenue, ensuring data accuracy and quality
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with proven results in organic growth or conversion
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture and rendering
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, with the ability to create reports and analyze data
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
