Job Summary
Owning the performance of the website, the contracted to full-time SEO & Website Optimization Specialist will manage technical SEO, optimize for AI search, and enhance website conversion rates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the technical health of the site, including crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
- Continuously improve page performance and user experience while planning and executing A/B tests
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards connecting organic behavior to leads and revenue
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with proven results
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
