Job Summary
Owning the performance of the website end to end, the remote Contracted to Full-Time SEO Website Optimization Specialist will focus on technical SEO, website optimization, and analytics to enhance site visibility and conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical health of the website, including crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
- Continuously improve page performance and run experiments to enhance user experience and conversion paths
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to connect organic behavior to leads and revenue, ensuring data accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or website optimization with proven results in organic growth or conversion
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of website architecture and rendering
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, and experience with SEO tooling like Ahrefs or Semrush
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team
