Job Summary
Managing all aspects of clinical registry projects, the full-time Sepsis Registry Program Manager will coordinate operations, provide training to Data Abstractors, and ensure high-quality data abstraction while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees abstracting and registry operations to meet project goals and regulatory requirements
- Conducts staff training on data abstraction software and monitors validation compliance
- Prepares weekly reports on project activities and manages project team assignments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field
- Two years of current abstraction experience with CMS Core Measures/Sepsis Registry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data abstraction software systems
- Experience in Quality Department management or health-related management
- Knowledge of sepsis population inclusion/exclusion criteria
