Job Summary
Seeking an experienced English to Serbian (Cyrillic) Review Lead, this freelance remote position will manage language quality for a global technology client, ensuring alignment on quality standards and driving improvements across various content types including UI, marketing, and legal.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze style guides and glossary updates to assess impact on quality categories and content types
- Run alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality digests to relay expectations and performance metrics
- Coach Reviewers and manage review quality through one-to-one sessions and real data alignment
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance or similar roles
- Direct experience managing client Language Managers and facilitating arbitration processes
- Practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks and quality audit methodologies
- Ability to analyze style guide changes and identify client expectations by content type
- Native-level Serbian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English language proficiency
