Job Summary
To drive sales growth within the Retirement Division, the full-time Series 6/63 Licensed Relationship Manager will manage operational relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with partner needs and Symetra's capabilities while addressing operational issues and supporting product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of distribution partners' operational processes and technology
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and document outcomes
- Prepare monthly account summaries and sales analyses for the Channel Vice President
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; BA in liberal arts, business, or communications preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in insurance, banking, brokerage, or investments
- Experience in Relationship Management with annuity programs preferred
- Currently holding Series 6/63 and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong presentation skills and a background in sales and training
