Series 6 Licensed Plan Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for assigned plan sponsors, the full-time Series 6 Licensed Plan Manager will resolve complex service issues, enhance client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support business results in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with plan sponsors and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support plan alignment and retention

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of financial services industry experience
• Customer service experience with demonstrated relationship management skills
• Series 6 registration preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is a plus
