Job Summary
Overseeing the retail alternative funds operations team, the full-time Manager, Retail Alternative Investment Operations will manage associates, refine processes, and ensure accountability while interacting directly with clients and vendors in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage department associates, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss procedures and mentor associates through coaching
- Ensure compliance with SEC, NICSA, and FINRA regulations while processing transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or related field
- At least 1 year of management and leadership experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Series 6 or 7 license preferred
