Series 65 Licensed Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Providing best-in-class customer service, the full-time remote Series 65 Licensed Relationship Manager II will manage relationships with advisors and plan participants, drive client retention, and support plan improvements for assigned retirement accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage primary relationships with advisors and channel partners through proactive communication and problem resolution
• Coordinate the installation of new groups and deliver enrollment and education processes for clients
• Provide plan design consulting and investment advisory services, ensuring timely updates on industry and regulatory changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated relationship management experience in the retirement plans field
• Excellent working knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments
• Professional certification required: Series 6/7 with Series 63 or Series 65 license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone
