Job Summary
To support the daily trading operations of advisory and brokerage accounts, the full-time Series 7 and 65 Licensed Trading Specialist will execute and manage trades across various financial instruments, ensuring alignment with advisor models while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and monitor trades across multiple custodians and platforms during market hours
- Research and troubleshoot trade-related issues in coordination with custodians and internal teams
- Support onboarding of new advisors and contribute to the development of trading procedures and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience in trading, operations, or investment support
- Series 7 license
- Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain it within six months of hire
- Strong working knowledge of investment products and operational processes
