Job Summary
Leading a team of trading professionals, the full-time Series 7 Licensed Trading AVP will execute trades, oversee daily trading operations, and manage people leadership while working remotely and adhering to West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute trades, including rebalancing and block trading, while providing support during high-volume periods
- Lead, coach, and develop trading staff, establishing clear performance and accountability expectations
- Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring compliance with policies and effective risk management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of financial services experience, including at least three years in trading operations
- 5+ years of experience executing trades within a broker-dealer or comparable financial services environment
- 3+ years of people-leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Series 7 required and Series 24 (or the ability to obtain) upon hire
